2. Service Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Emergency services may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Insurance

Veltrix Pool Services is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing pool conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Property Access

Customers must provide safe access to pool areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if access is unsafe or if pets pose a threat to our technicians.

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll make it right.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.
